You don't have to spend your whole day, week, month, or year in front of a computer screen, browsing harmful and toxic websites that’ll warp your perception of reality, endlessly seeking entertainment.
There is much more to life. Find yourself a hobby that doesn't require the Internet, go outside, take care of your physical and mental health, and cultivate relationships.
The internet is a tool, not a place to spend your life. Use it intentionally, then step away and live in the real world.
